Scope
These guidelines apply to use of the KMCC Care website, mobile app, application submissions, uploaded material, and support communication with the Society.
Members currently cannot publish posts or comments, or message other members through KMCC Care. Private registration, profile, and welfare documents are not public community content.
Use the service lawfully and respectfully
Use the service only for lawful, accurate, authorized, and respectful purposes. Submit information and documents only when you have the authority to provide them and they relate to your request.
Prohibited conduct and content
- Unlawful, sexual, exploitative, violent, hateful, harassing, self-harm-related, fraudulent, impersonating, spam, scam, privacy-violating, or intellectual-property-infringing material.
- Malicious, corrupted, forged, misleading, or unauthorized files, information, credentials, or access attempts.
- Attempts to bypass security, access another person’s session or records, interfere with the service, or misuse Society communication channels.
Uploads and staff-published content
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded material is accurate, lawful, relevant, and authorized, and that it does not violate another person’s privacy or rights. Private documents must be submitted through the official requested flow, not posted publicly.
Gallery and other public material is published by authorized Society staff and remains subject to staff review and publication controls.
Report a concern
Report a concern about service use, an upload, or staff-published material to careofauhkmcc@gmail.com. Describe the concern and include only the minimum non-sensitive information needed to locate it.
Do not email passwords, one-time passwords, or complete sensitive documents. Use the official service flow if the Society asks you to submit supporting material.
Review and enforcement
The Society may review reported or submitted material and take proportionate action, including requesting correction, limiting access, removing published material, or referring a matter where required by law or Society obligations.
Review is handled according to the circumstances and available information; these guidelines do not promise automated review or a fixed response time.
Corrections and appeals
If you believe an action or record is incorrect, contact careofauhkmcc@gmail.com with the relevant details. The Society will consider correction or review requests subject to identity verification, applicable law, and record-keeping obligations.
Child safety and emergencies
The Society has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse material and will act in accordance with applicable law. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate emergency authority first.
Future interactive community features
Before KMCC Care introduces public or member-interactive features such as posts, comments, chat, or messaging, the service must first provide accepted terms, in-app reporting, moderation, and blocking controls. Publishing these web guidelines alone is not enough to launch those features.
Contact and updates
Questions about these guidelines can be sent to careofauhkmcc@gmail.com. We may update this page when the service, Society practices, or applicable law changes.
